To download your databases, please click Sign In towards the top right corner of the page. If this is your first time signing into the new database portal, you will be prompted to register with DUO. Follow the instructions that pop up to do this. Once you are signed in, your downloads will appear on the right side of this page.

This Information Document provides instructions for downloading databases from the Rockwell Collins FMS and Database Services Website, https://www.rockwellcollins.com/fms. The following instructions will provide guidance on accessing the website, downloading the database(s) and transferring the database(s) to the appropriate Data Loader.
The database(s) eligible to download will be displayed. Databases used with the CPAS-3000 Data Loader will have a – USB extension on the name. Select the database you want to download.
