May 9, 2021 · The plot, whilst simple, allows for a well paced film that felt tight and contained, even after the more outrageous plot points kept being introduced. I thought the acting was great, especially from Ethan Hawke as Ellison, and it didn't pull me out of the story, which can be a criticism of horror.
