Jun 7, 2012 · From our founding in 1934 through today, SGA has been working with churches in the former Soviet countries of Eastern Europe and Central Asia to share the Gospel, help train leaders for the church, and to help the hurting and forgotten in the name of Jesus.
Partnership in Action. We serve the Church among the Slavic nations of the world by assisting it to become fully equipped to fulfil the great commission of Jesus Christ, particularly among its own peoples.
Slavic Gospel Association traces its founders’ vision and history to the 1920s and 30s and the city of Chicago, where we were founded by Rev. Peter Deyneka, an immigrant from Belarus (now an independent nation, but then a part of the Soviet Union).
Reaching the former USSR with the Gospel! Slavic Gospel Association Inc. (SGA) is a mission which serves Bible-preaching churches in the lands of the former Soviet Union, by helping equip national pastors and church planting missionaries reach their people with the Gospel.
Prayer & Praise. Prayer & Praise is SGA’s monthly prayer calendar, featuring specific ministry-related prayer requests and praises to God for each day of the month. We also share selected prayer requests sent in by our ministry partners across North America.
