Jul 26, 2023 · July 2023. Since you can stream on other devices, then your credentials and service are working. There must be a custom setting on the one impacted computer that is blocking the image. In most cases, restarting the device or clearing the cache and history resolve most issues.

Oct 10, 2020 · October 2020 edited August 2022. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I have reset the Apple TV 4k 64gb to factory. I even tried doing the Airplay from Iphone 11x to the Apple TV still nothing. When I am in the App I hear the audio but no picture. I can see the guide either way you get to it.

I am logged into my account under watch.spectrum.net and no matter what I try to watch (live TV, DVR recordings, or on demand there is only sound but no picture. I am using a MacBook and have tried the Safari and Google Chrome browsers withe the same issue. Any ideas?
