Stuart Conan Wilson (born 25 December 1946) is an English actor of film, television, and stage who is best known for his villainous and supporting roles in popular films like Lethal Weapon 3, The Age of Innocence, No Escape, Death and the Maiden, The Mask of Zorro, Enemy of the State, and Hot Fuzz.

Doctor Robin Hatcher is a corrupt resident physician of Sandford. He is first met at the Neighbourhood Watch Alliance meeting.
Later, when the Neighbourhood Watch Alliance is revealed to be a murderous cult and Nicholas Angel is "killed" by Danny Butterman, Nicholas returns to Sandford and a shootout erupts in the town square. After all the offenders have been dispatched, Doctor Hatcher catches Nicholas and Danny off-guard, while Danny is helping the recently-shot Nicholas up. He demands that Danny put his gun down, which Danny does, by throwing it towards Hatcher. When the gun lands, it discharges, blowing off some of Hatcher's toes. Nicholas and Danny then continue on with their mission and Hatcher was arrested.

Hatcher is a pale skinned older man with white-gray short hair and beard and blue eyes. He wears a brown tweed sports jacket, a blue dress shirt, a burgundy necktie, a red cardigan sweater, grey trousers, and brown oxfords.

Hot Fuzz is a 2007 action comedy film directed by Edgar Wright and written by Wright and Simon Pegg. Pegg stars as Nicholas Angel, a police officer who investigates a series of gruesome deaths in a West Country village. Nick Frost, Timothy Dalton and Jim Broadbent co-star.
