To be eligible for the Susan T. Buffett Scholarship, you must: Live in Nebraska and meet in-state residency requirements of the college you plan to attend. The Susan T. Buffett Foundation provides scholarships to first-time first-year students entering a Nebraska public university or college. The scholarship is renewable for up to 5-years based on meeting scholarship requirements. The scholarship award is based on enrollment and can be applied to any part of the cost of attendance.
