- Baily Vineyard and Winery. The Baily family was among the Temecula's first wave of wine producers, planting their first vineyard in 1982. Founder/winemaker Phil Baily concentrates on Bordeaux-derived grapes, and gives the reds up to 30 months in barrel for added smoothness.
