Henry Cavill is a British actor who co-stars as Charles Brandon in all four seasons of The Tudors. Cavill's career began in 2002 with a supporting role in The Count of Monte Christo, which co-starred his future Tudors co-star James Frain .

CHARLES BRANDON. Played by Henry Cavill. Charles Brandon was the third son of Sir William Brandon. He was brought up at the court of Henry VII and became a favorite of Henry VIII. He held several posts in the royal household and distinguished himself in the French campaign of 1513.
