The Weather Station is a low quality foreign film with an amateurish story and weak characters. Coinciding events and crazy connections seem to join the characters in this silly notion of a plot. It does have a stylish and clever finish however, though unfortunately ninety percent of the film has no substance to warrant such a finish.
