Jul 7, 2007 · I was talking to a buddy last night about boats and he mentioned the show "Thunder In Paradise" with Hulk Hogan in it. I can remember briefly seeing the show. Just wondering if anyone has any pics of the boat and any info on it?
May 28, 2024 · The real boat was bought by Richard Hammond. Besides Hogan, the real star of the show was the boat itself. The "Thunder" was supposed to be a high-tech machine with animation showing it turning into an armored craft with cannons, machine guns and nearly indestructible.

Feb 29, 2008 · I know this is an old thread, but I just goopled Thunder in Paradise an it came up. The boat used for the outsdie shots was sold to a Wellcraft dealer in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida back around 1995. I used to work there, CoastMarine, and we took it to boat shows.
In order to save his superboat THUNDER (and ultimately, his business) Spencer is forced into a marriage of convenience with the snobby Megan Whitaker. When Megan gets kidnapped it's up to Spencer and his partner Bru to save the day or risk losing everything.
One such opportunity was a television series called Thunder in Paradise, an action adventure show that featured a high tech boat and plenty of Baywatch-esque scantily clad women. Think of it as Knightboat (“The Crime Solving Boat!”) and you pretty much know where this is headed.
