V6's manager at the time of TAKE ME HIGHER's release was Dave Rodgers, famous for composing and performing some of the Eurobeat theme songs that was used in the anime adaptation of the Initial Dseries. Rodgers produced his own version of the song soon after the release of the original, as well as a new rerecording in 2020.
