UW-Eau Claire welcomes applications from students from other countries. International students must complete an application for admission, pay the application fee, provide evidence of English proficiency, confirm financial sponsorship, and submit academic records and examination results.
The following UW universities charge an application fee for every application submitted: UW-Eau Claire ($25), UW-La Crosse ($25), and UW-Madison ($70). For the other UW universities, you may submit up to three applications for free to either the main campus or branch campus.

Apply in July. Beginning July 1, UW-Eau Claire will open its application platform to allow you to apply and begin your Blugold adventure early. You will be invited to complete your application once you've registered for one of our in-person or virtual Apply in July events.
