VINCENZO SALEMME è nato a Bacoli, in provincia di Napoli, il 24 Luglio 1957. Nel 1976, dopo essersi diplomato al Liceo Classico Umberto I di Napoli ed iscritto alla facoltà di Lettere e Filosofia presso l’Università Federico II di Napoli, viene scritturato dalla Compagnia Teatrale di Tato Russo e debutta come attore nella commedia “Ballata e morte di un Capitano del popolo”.
