    The water treatment plant is an interesting monument, being the only tier-3 monument without radiation. This makes puts it somewhere on the lower end of tier-3 monuments, its loot isn’t as good as the large, irradiated monuments. However, the lack of radiation does mean that you’ll run into more players here than most other monuments.

    To complete the puzzle for Water Treatment, start by running to the Wheel Room (5). Once here, you will need to insert a fuse on the second floor and flip the switch. After this, run to the Main Building (2) and swipe your blue card. The office in the back will have the red card. To get out after grabbing it, you’ll simply need to flip the switch.
