Aug 6, 2022 · Greenville developer Phil Hughes is planning an urban village called BridgeWay Station spanning 40 acres along I-385 in Mauldin, just south of Butler Road. The village will feature residential spaces, offices, shopping, dining, lodging and entertainment.
BridgeWay Station is the first new town center development in the Upstate of South Carolina. With nothing else like it, BridgeWay will attract residents and visitors from all corners of the city, state, region, and beyond.
