Feb 18, 2022 · Cnut the Great is a pure Evony Attack Sub City General. He is great against enemies with heavy ranged and ground marches. Ranged attack is reduced by a massive 25% and Ground HP by 15% with just his special skill. He also reduces Mounted HP by 15%, but this is less important to PvP.

Nov 29, 2023 · T-11. Cnut the Great – Grade: C+ (73.3% - 236) – Excellent Enemy Ranged Attack Debuffs, a strong Enemy All Troop Attack Debuff, strong Enemy Ranged HP Debuffs, and strong Enemy Ranged Defense Debuffs combine to make him a reasonable Subordinate City PvP option.
Best? Overall value is AJ, he's free from the tavern and tackles two important debuffs - ranged attack and mounted HP. Amr Ibn is one of my favorites. Darius seems to have some value. Cnut (if you can get him) and Constantine are also highly regarded. Nero and Cixi are great value as well early on, but will be replaced as you face bigger players.
