Nov 9, 2016 · Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot not Working. I've accidentally disabled by network driver for my mobile hot spot. I believe it was called Local Area Connection* 13. I want to enable it back to possibly fix my mobile hot spot. Also when I try to turn on my mobile hotspot it tells me "We can't setup mobile hotspot. Turn on Wi-Fi."
