The Dooly Building was an office building designed by architect Louis Sullivan in Salt Lake City, Utah, at 109 West Second South Street. It was one of four buildings Sullivan designed in the western United States. Built in 1892, it was demolished in 1964.

The Alta Club is a private club in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, named for a local mining district. It was founded in 1883, 13 years before Utah's accession as a state. The Alta Club serves as a forum for business development and social interaction, and offers facilities for dining, social events, business meetings, and health and wellness.
The building is located at 68-72 South Main Street and was designed by architect Richard K.A. Kletting in Sullivanesque style. It has been said to be "the earliest and best example of Sullivanesque architecture in the state" (besides the Dooly Building, demolished, designed by Louis Sullivan himself).
