Apr 14, 2021 · Posted April 14, 2021. A sequel to Doom Annihilation is officially happening according to director Tony Giglio. The film was a huge success for Universal after the film reached it's yearly projection sales in a month. I like he acknowledges that not everyone is going to like his doom movie and he is ok with that.
Doom: Annihilation sequel possibly still happening. Fluff and Other. According to director/writer Tony Giglio via Twitter, a script for the sequel to Doom: Annihilation is already written, and filming could still happen. He says Covid messed with Universal's production slate, but he's hoping to find a slot soon.
