    The book The Plant Paradox is not science-based medicine. It is…something else. I won’t try to say what it isbecause I would be tempted to resort to profanity. Lectins are not our enemies, and the foods Gundry prohibits are part of a science-based healthy diet. Avoiding them might lead to inadequate nutrition.
