Ermentrude de Roucy (c. 951 – 5 May 1005) (Irmtrude) was a Countess and Duchess of Burgundy. [1] She was a daughter of Renaud of Roucy and his wife, Alberade of Lorraine, daughter of Gilbert, Duke of Lorraine .

This article is a list of the counts of Roucy. In medieval France, Roucy was a county held by a succession of noble families. By the Late Middle Ages, it was one of seven titles that was made a peer within the provincial peerage of the greater County and Province of Champagne up until the French Revolution .
The genealogy of Ermentrude is complicated by the existence of a dissenting opinion, which does not accept the marriage of Ermentrude to count Aubry II of Mâcon, and would consider Ermentrude, wife of Aubry, and Ermentrude (of Roucy), wife of Otte-Guillaume, to be two different women.
Reginald I was the second count of the Free County of Burgundy. Born in 986, Reginald was the son of Otto-William, [1] the first count, and Ermentrude of Roucy . In 1016, Reginald married Alice of Normandy. [2] Reginald succeeded to the county on his father's death in 1026.
