Your safety is our highest concern. Doors will open approximately 45 minutes prior to show time, so please arrive early and leave plenty of time for security screening. All bags are subject to inspection and all guests will go through a metal detector before entering the Eugene O’Neill Theatre. Where are your seats?
Orchestra seating is accessible without steps, with the exception of row T, which is located up one step. Mezzanine seating is located on the 2nd level, up 25 steps from the Orchestra. On the Mezzanine level, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row. There are no elevators or escalators at the theatre. All stairs to and in the Mezzanine level have handrails.

While some theatregoers do get dressed up for their visit to our theatres, you are welcome to wear what makes you most comfortable. Keep in mind that our theatres are kept cool year-round, so you may want to bring a sweater.
