Itinerary. Day 1 Chicago – Buffalo – Niagara Falls. Take the train to Buffalo at 21:30 from Chicago Union Station on Friday. There is no guide on the train. The train will arrive at Amtrak-Buffalo Depew Station at approximately 08:50 on Saturday. The tour guide will pick you up at the station to participate in Niagara Falls activities.
