Also when you see the "hesitant" senator wives during the Orgy, that's also Guccione. In Tinto's version that scene is more comedic and all the Senator's wives are on board with everything going on. It's a pretty surreal scene compared to the uncut version. Caligula yells "Action!" to initiate the orgy, kinda like it's a movie set. It's very meta.
