May 23, 2008 · Bernhard II Graf von Anhalt-Bernburg was the son of Bernhard I Prinz von Anhalt-Bernburg and Sophie Abelsdottir. He married Helene von Rügen, daughter of Wizlaw II Herzog von Rügen and Agnes von Braunschweig-Lüneburg, circa 1290. He died in 1324. He was also reported to have died in 1320. He gained the title of Graf von Anhalt-Bernburg.
