Hell Night is a 1981 American supernatural slasher film directed by Tom DeSimone, and starring Linda Blair, Vincent Van Patten, Kevin Brophy, and Peter Barton. The film depicts a night of fraternity hazing set in an old manor—the site of a familial mass murder —during which a deformed killer terrorizes and murders many of the college students.
In HELL NIGHT, the magnificent Linda Blair stars as Marti, who, along with a group of titular pledges, must spend the night in a legendary house of murder and horror. Of course, what should just be a spooky night turns into a nightmare of terror and death, when Marti and company are stalked by a murderous mutant.
Plot of Hell Night. Hell Night's story is wafer-thin but serviceable enough to get the ball rolling. The flick opens with a scream—literally!—as the viewer is dropped into one of those raging, out-of-control Animal House-style fraternity parties that only exist on celluloid.
As the night progresses, smart and intelligent Marti (Blair), handsome rich kid Jeff (Peter Barton), surfer dude Seth (Vincent Van Patten) and party girl Denise (Suki Goodwin) are terrorised by a series of stunts pulled off by Bennett and his pals.
