Welcome to Iona. Hall of Fame Coach Rick Pitino was named head basketball coach of Iona College on March 14, 2020. Pitino has taken four different programs to the NCAA tournament and coached two national championship teams.
Jonathan Stanko joined the Iona College athletic department staff as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications in September of 2015. He will serve as the primary media relations contact for select sports, along with assisting in improving and advancing Iona College’s broadcasting, video production and social media components.
