I took 22A with Tuan Nguyen and 22B with Shuhar Yeh. They both have low rate my professor reviews, but I honestly thought they were both good - Nguyen especially. I tried Manish Goel for 22C and he was atrocious, even though he has an overall higher RMP score, ended up dropping the class.
