On July 20, 2019, at San Diego Comic-Con 2019, Kevin Feige revealed that the title of the film would be Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and that it was scheduled to hit theaters on February 12, 2021.
Originally announced to release on February 12, 2021, the film was pushed back on April 3, 2020, along with Marvel's entire Phase Four line-up, to the new release date of May 7, 2021. [13] In September 2020, the film was pushed back again to July 9, 2021. [14]
