The Specials are the worlds' lowest ranked superhero team in the 2000 movie The Specials. When evil appears and everyone else is busy, call on The Specials. Having sloppy control over their powers leads to a lot of collateral casualties.
aka Ted Tilderbrook, leader of The Specials and husband of Ms. Indestructible, The Strobe is almost naive in his wholesomeness. He loves to gives speeches about the responsibility of being a hero, and they can get a bit rambling and bizarre.
The Strobe has the ability to shoot lasers from his arms. He gained his powers after falling into a vat of radioactive chemicals with his brothers. Arriving from space in a UFO, Alien Orphan is a truly alien being. He has no concept of human social norms and knows barely any English. As a result his behavior can be extremely erratic.
Originally a gooey sphere, Alien Orphan has the power of shape shifting. He retains a green color when changing forms, even his 'essentially human' shape. Alien Orphan is played by Sean Gunn.
Self-proclaimed smartest man alive. Mr. Smart is eccentric when it comes to social norms, especially when it comes to his appearance.
Mr. Smart invents new high-tech gadgets, although many are of dubious value. He also excels at trivial skills not normally associated with intelligence, such as pinball (not chess) and the word search (not crosswords). Mr. Smart is played by Jim Zulevic.
Dollar themed hero U.S. Bill never removes his mask, he still lives with his mother and is paranoid about villains targeting her. U.S. Bill has the intelligence of a child and is self-conscious about it, especially around Mr. Smart.
