  5. My wife and I decided to try Umami because we love Asian food and saw it opened at the Trussville Entertainment District. Beautiful day and we had dunch. We started with gyoza with Panang sauce. It was a mild, but delicious Panang and the Gyoza were firm and not soggy. We ordered a Tempura roll and the shrimp was fresh tasting and crunchy.
