    Research shows that ashwagandha can normalize cortisol levels which reduces stress response, reduce inflammation, cancer risks, improve memory & immune function & anti-aging properties as well as ease stress & anxiety.

    The recommended dosage is 500 mg twice a day regardless of form (gummies/capsules/liquid drops/powders). Look for supplements independently tested by ConsumerLab or USP or NSF International for safety concerns. Some side effects include gastrointestinal upset/diarrhea/vomiting but mostly safe with minimal side effects if taken correctly.
