DCD Headquarters have about 4-5 of them pr run. Flame thrower NPCs. Couple of CP4s does the trick. I found mine doing outcast bounties. Do Roosevelt Island, Normal, Solo, and get to the burn pit. Kill the first scorcher you see, then die. Respawn, kill it again, etc. I got 7/10 running Roosevelt Island on normal solo.

Toughness Is Indicated By Health Color
In The Division 2, enemy toughness are denoted by the color of their health bars. Red are your standard mobs, while purple are Veterans, and Yellow are Elites.
Assault
These are denoted by a chevron icon. They are your standard mobs that are easy to handle and have no specific weakpoints.
Thrower
These are denoted by a grenade icon. They usually stay mid range at a safe distance away from you and lob grenades at you to knock you out of cover.
Tank
Denoted by an ammo shell icon. Tank enemies are heavily armored enemies that move slow. They are usually equipped with LMGs, Grenade Launchers, or a Sledgehammer.

Best place to farm ELITE scorchers. I need to kill 5 more elite scorchers, and just cant handle having to restart Roosevelt island cos I could not suicide after killing Wildfire. Is there just a nice relaxing place to farm 5 elite scorchers? Thanks. Maybe running a mission on a harder difficulty that is known to have more scorchers.
At the burnpits, Wildfire. Kill her, let the adds kill you, respawn rinse and repeat. It's about 1/4 into the mission. The burn pit part is pretty early and the boss is a named elite scorcher so you can do a 2 for 1 by hitting her with a stinger hive and then killing her.
