I have a BD copy of the film with UltraViolet, however, before I start the process I am wondering if it's still redeemable.

This one is on the deleted list unfortunately. Try it at Warner Bros. redemption website. Warner Bros and Universal have been expiring codes lately. For old Disney codes, sometimes I feel like I have to go to the actual redeemdigitalmovie.com site to actually get it to work. Try everything before you throw it away.
