   • Very convenient being across from Smathers Beach and loved the fact that the shuttle provided rides downtown. Very clean property and very nice staff. The residents my family and I encountered were very friendly and just as helpful as the staff. I would definitely recommend Margaritaville Beach House Key West and make a return visit!

   How much does Margaritaville Beach House cost?

   • Poor value. We booked 9 nights at the Margaritaville Beach House Key West Feb 20 to 28 at a rate of ~$1,525 after 12.5% tax and a $48/night "resort fee". This was for a two bedroom suite with kids bunk beds (kids room also had a washroom). The rooms were nice, well appointed, comfortable, spacious and clean.
