Jun 1, 2017 · The Belvedere is a small park west of the Galt House and south of Main Street. There are two great statues, one of George Rogers Clark, the other of York, William Clark's slave, who went on the expedition with Lewis and Clark. There is a beautiful fountain, and pavement tiles show a map of the Ohio River from Pittsburgh to Cairo, Illinois.
