The Urumi is very Dex hungry so I would suggest settling at RL 125 or RL 150. My RL 150 version of the build incorporates 35 Faith and Godslayer's Seal (best seal for 35 Faith) for Electrify Armament at the very least, and if your opponent permits, Golden Vow as well. 60 Vigor is a must, as is 80 Dexterity.

The Urumi is one of the Whip Weapons in Elden Ring.
The Urumi Default Weapon Skill is Kick: Push an enemy back with a high kick. Effective against enemies who are guarding, and can break a foe's stance. Sometimes a simple tool is the most effective.

Urumi doesn't have innate bleed, but if you infuse it with bleed then it goes up to the same as a Hoslow's infused with bleed. I've been trying to play around with bloodflame, but it definitely doesn't proc bleed as fast as if you straight infuse (either) with blood.
I gave it 2 tries on separate occasions and gave up. Consider putting frost on already bleed enabled whips, and power stancing. I am having a blast weaving and swiping at enemies, watching the frost and bleed explode for chunks of damage. I got my urumi to 15 with fire and it’s my go to.

Probably not. Cold weapons are pretty much regular/quality scalings + INT. Cold Urumi performs better with high DEX and medium INT. Physical is around 2/3rds of the damage, so it's not really worth it to try and boost the Magic damage. And no, you can't boost Frost build up (without glitches) on a Whip. No matter what.
