FoE should be higher because if you only have 1 weapon, it should be the two-handed one, the fists only really beat FoE when you have both. Otherwise using FoE and cubing another leads to more damage, a daibo naturally has a damage range 1.7 times as high as a fist.

They only drop at character level 70, and only at Torment difficulty. Note that these can only be worn by Monks.

Optimal Uliana's play in high GR uses cyclone strike and snapshots mythic rhythm, spreading the same EP with Gungdo Gear. Although seeing as EP is trash compared to WOL this season you wont ever be pushing high enough with it to care about snapshotting.

May 8, 2022 · Uliana's Set Dungeon Equipment. Wear Uliana’s 5 piece (helm, gloves, shoulders, torso and one more slot) but leave out either boots or the pants. Gungdo Gear is apparently a mandatory item as well to equip in this dungeon as it spreads EP when it finally set off.
Valarauka_ • 3 yr. ago. For lower level content you can cube Madstone instead of the defensive belt and it becomes super easy mode, just SSS and everything dies. For spirit, you can drop some defensive passives for resource regen ones, or use Epiphany-Insight instead of Shroud. Or Air Ally for more passive and active spirit refill. 1. Reply. Share.
