First pregnancy only gained 10 lbs from starting weight due to losing weight first trimester from vomiting. I actually weighed a good bit less a few weeks after birth than I did pre-pregnancy. Currently 24 weeks with #2 and I am back at starting weight, again due to losing weight during the first trimester.
