Sep 25, 2017 · There is also a theatrical trailer and…well that’s it. Not a ton of goodies like most Scream Factory releases, but more that I would have guess for a lost little film from 1989. After Midnight is a good addition to any horror lover’s anthology section of their movie library.

Feb 11, 2021 · It is a romance movie with a minor horror element. This is uneasy territory for a film that markets itself as horror to tread on. Sure to provoke anger and feelings of being deceived in some viewers. A baffling karaoke scene is painful to watch but sums the movie up nicely. Like After Midnight itself.

Like powerful topics like death, loss, or someone just trying to figure out their place in the world usually pairs well. If i had to put it in a sentence. The horror aspect to this movie feels like the sprinkles to your ice cream. So I thought it slapped.
