Sep 19, 2010 · Hi, I've recently buyed a new computer with Windows 7 32 bits. I can not run AoE normally anymore eversince. The water terrain has strange colours and it somehow takes ages to navigate in the main menu, which also shows strange colours. I can only play on Normal or Very Fast as somehow Fast doesn't work, which is really ruining the gameplay.

Dec 5, 2011 · You should follow the link included to create your own fix. If you do not have windows 7, you do not need this fix. Go to Start Menu, right click Computer, Click Properties. If you have a 64-bit system (Under System Type), you want to use the file aoex64.reg. If you have a 32-bit system, you want to use the file aoex86.reg.
