The Ditko Package from 1989 has at least a few signed copies floating around. I have seen it referred to a "limited" despite the fact that there is no limitation noted and nothing indicating that it is signed.

Nov 3, 2017 · His Pre-Code covers at Charlton appear to be (successful) attempts to emulate the cover art seen on the EC comics of the day. There's more than a hint of the layout and design techniques of Al Feldstein and Johnny Craig to be found in many of Ditko's earliest Charlton covers.

Jul 6, 2018 · Ditko’s influences can be traced to artists like Mort Meskin and Joe Kubert, but his pacing, his compositions, his expressive faces, his choreographed character movements, his organic environments, even the way clothing draped his figures, were instantly recognizable as uniquely Ditko.

I've added the location of the most recent printing of each entry (as Ditko often revised essays when they were reprinted, I recommend the most recent printing).
