It's not confirmed at all. What we actually know is that Harkon sacrificed souls and they all did some degrading rituals. While I'm sure the ritual was fucked up let's open our minds to other forms of depravity and look at this through a cultural lense. Molag bal is only the king of rape to the dunmer.
