Our trauma-informed, evidence-based approach helps teen, child, and adult survivors of domestic violence find safety and healing through talk, creative art and movement, mindfulness, and support. We also make connections with external resources to secure housing, job placement, child care, and other needs .
Between Friends helps adult, teen, and child survivors of domestic violence to recognize that their experience is shared. We realize, and encourage others to realize, that the problem of domestic violence is social and political.

In order to end domestic violence, and to ensure that in the meantime, survivors are given all the support they need, Between Friends works to educate and inform people about the persistence and severity of domestic violence.
Between Friends has over 30 years of experience providing counseling services to survivors of domestic violence. We offer supportive counseling sessions in which we listen to your experiences — and the choices that you are making or have made — without judgment.
