Hi Trelawnygyal, The trail to the Blue Mountain Peak is most demanding on the knees because of the steepness, especially the stretch between Whitfield Hall and Portland Gap called Jacob's Ladder. Non-stop, the entire walk will take you about 4 hours one-way but you can set your own pace and stop along the way.
