If you are applying via UCAS, you must have accepted an offer from LJMU as your Firm (or first) choice in order to be able to request accommodation. You will need your UCAS ID (or your six or seven digit LJMU ID) and the email address you use for UCAS Track in order to access the Applicant Hub.
Please note that you cannot submit a request for accommodation unless you have received and have Firmly accepted an offer from LJMU. If you have applied to university via UCAS, you must have accepted an offer from LJMU as your firm (first) choice.
