Today I realized Molly (Jan's assistant at The White Pages) was played by Carrie Kemper, Ellie Kemper's sister. I think she produced an episode or two in the later years also. Could be wrong but I think I remember seeing her name in the credits. She was also a staff writer.

Kemper worked as a staff writer on The Office from the beginning of the show's seventh season. She wrote the episodes "Ultimatum" (season 7, episode 13); [3] "Spooked" (season 8, episode 5); "The Whale" , in which she appeared as Jan Levinson's assistant Molly (season 9, episode 7); and " Junior Salesman " (season 9, episode 13).

Molly is Jan's secretary at the White Pages. She doesn't perform very well under Jan's aggressive and demanding leadership, but apparently doesn't have the courage to quit until she is encouraged by Dwight in The Whale.
"The Whale" was written by executive story editor Carrie Kemper, who is the younger sister of cast member Ellie Kemper, making it her third writing credit for the series. She also played the role of Molly, Jan's assistant.
