   • Because we had really enjoyed our recent visit to Peru, Kathy took me to Coracora, a Peruvian restaurant in West Hartford. It had authentic Peruvian food, very well prepared - and even a soda I had learned to like during our visit: Inca Cola. I was afraid I'd never find it here in the U.S.
