Police say two pit bulls owned by Cynthia Oliver attacked 62-year-old Francesco Bove outside the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church last Friday.
The victim himself is a pitbull owner and he believes that the owner had trained them to fight. The victim said he saw the pitbulls licking his blood off the ground. One witness said that the owner would feed them raw meat. The pitbulls had killed 3 dogs not too long before the attack.
