  2. Sep 15, 2016 · Beware costly yet subpar and tough meats. Quick delivery BUT the lamb roast and steaks are highly overrated, read tough and poor quality. The free range lamb "roast" (without a further label description) turned out a shoulder which naturally is full of tendons and tough. The Wagyu beef steaks were also way tough.
